OVERALL:

Stiner is a long-limbed athlete with close to ideal size for the safety position, with room to still grow. Has the size and athletic ability to match up well with tight ends. With average ball skills, Stiner isn't going to be a turnover machine but can be efficient enough to compete.

He will need to continue to build strength and fill out his body, as he can struggle with bigger blockers. If he commits to tackling, he can be a force in the run game but has a slower reaction at times and lacks tackling security. While lacking in his top-end speed, he may struggle in deep coverage. Has the potential to thrive on special teams while working on his game the first few years in.
