After completing a swing through Western Canada and Seattle, the Pittsburgh Penguins will now enjoy a small break before returning to the east coast to wrap up their road trip against the Washington Capitals on Friday and returning home to host the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday.

It’s been a good few weeks for the Toronto Maple Leafs but a dose of reality came down on Tuesday. Forward Mitch Marner will miss the next 3-4 weeks with a shoulder injury while defensemen Travis Dermott and Rasmus Sundin are listed as week-to-week. [NHL]
