Foo Fighters have announced that they will preview songs from their upcoming album, But Here We Are, during a free global streaming event on Sunday, May 21.
“Foo Fighters: Preparing Music For Concerts” will be streamed beginning at 8 pm BST/3 pm EST/noon PST via Veeps, with on-demand repeat viewing enabled through May 24.
Foo Fighters’ 11th album is jointly produced by the band and Greg Kurstin and is due to be released on June 2.
“Foo Fighters: Preparing Music For Concerts” will feature the debut performances of songs from But Here We Are.
“Shows like this don’t happen every day. To take this moment to gather fans worldwide, to give people an opportunity to share in the experience no matter where they are, is a gift,” said Good Charlotte‘s Joel Madden, CEO and founder of Veeps.
On Wednesday, Foos Fighters released “Under You,” the second single from the upcoming album. The first was “Rescued.”
The band has not yet named the replacement for their drummer Taylor Hawkins, who died in March.
