The Black Keys To Release Recording Of First-Ever Show On Vinyl

The Black Keys plan to release a recording of their first-ever concert, which occurred on March 31, 2002, at Beachland Tavern in Cleveland, in celebration of the band’s 20th anniversary.

The album has been dubbed Live at Beachland and will drop on November 18 in limited edition vinyl formatting.

The Akron, Ohio-based duo of guitarist/singer Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney released their first album, The Big Come Up, in May 2002.

The live collection features “Busted,” “I’m For You,” “Do The Romp” and “I’ll Be Your Man,” “Yearnin’,” “No Trust,” “Them Eyes” and “The Moan.”

The limited edition sold out via pre-sale within hours of its announcement on Monday, November 7, with copies shipping on the release date. It will not be available in stores at any point.
